What size do I order?

When I first got into the woven wrap scene it took me about two weeks to discover, acclimate, decipher, comprehend etc., the language, the lingo, the acronyms, and especially the sizing! 

{DH, BNIB, GUC, RTIF, HSA, HTF, FSOT, FSO, FTO the list of what the heck does that means goes on.} 

What the heck does a size 6 mean? I haven't been a size 6 since baby number 2, (or was it baby number 3, that time is kind of a foggy to me)?

Well, since we are an American company here at Poe, we have decided to do something a little revolutionary and abandon the European woven wrap sizing, in lieu of a simpler, more American sizing structure. 

Beginning with our Signature Collection, the wrap sizes will be listed as follows: 

  • XXXSformerly a Size 2, is approximately 2.8 meters in length ( ~ 110.2" )
  • XXS: formerly a Size 3, is approximately 3.2 meters in length ( ~ 126.0" )
  • XS: formerly aSize 4, is approximately 3.6 meters in length ( ~ 141.7" )
  • S: formerly a Size 5 is approximately 4.2 meters in length ( ~ 165.4" )
  • M: formerly a Size 6 is approximately 4.6 meters in length ( ~ 181.1" )
  • L: formerly a Sixe 7, is approximately 5.2 meters in length ( ~ 204.7" )
  • XL: formerly a Size 8, is approximately 5.4 meters in length ( ~ 212.6" )
  • All of Poe's woven baby wraps are between 25" and 30" in width, or 63.5cm - 76.2cm.
